Reporting an error
The most useful message you can send. If a figure here contradicts what you see inside the casino — an RTP in a game's info panel, a withdrawal minimum, a country on the restricted list — tell us which page and what you saw. Screenshots help.
Corrections are made publicly rather than quietly, and a page that has been corrected says so.
Account problems at Duel
We cannot help with these and it would be dishonest to imply otherwise. We are not the operator, have no access to accounts, and cannot influence a withdrawal or unlock anything. Support inside the casino is the only route.
What we can do is document patterns. If something happened to your account that looks systematic rather than individual, that is worth knowing and it may end up on the complaints page.
