My withdrawal has not arrived. What now?

My account has been locked. Why?

Can I get a balance back after a terms breach?
Where the breach is geographic, generally not — the terms allow the operator to void it, and there is no meaningful regulator to appeal to under an offshore licence. This is the practical cost of the licence tier.
What can I do if support stops responding?

The three questions worth reading twice
Most of what is above is reference material you will look up once. Three answers carry consequences large enough that skimming them is expensive.
