Around 15+ assets, automatic withdrawal approval, and one structural limitation that catches people out. Settlement times below are from our own timed transactions.

Asset Network Typical settle Typical fee Confirmations
Solana Solana Under 1 min Cents 1
USDT Tron TRC-20 1–2 min Under $1 20
Litecoin Litecoin 2–5 min Cents 2
Dogecoin Dogecoin 3–6 min Cents 3
XRP XRP Ledger Under 1 min Cents 1
Ethereum Ethereum 3–10 min Varies widely 12
USDT Ethereum ERC-20 3–10 min Varies widely 12
Bitcoin Bitcoin 10–60 min Varies widely 2

Settlement times are medians from our own withdrawals and describe network behaviour rather than a guarantee from the casino. Fees are paid to the network, not to Duel. Confirmation counts and minimums shown in the cashier are authoritative — check there before sending.

The one thing to know before depositing

Money can enter this casino as fiat. It can only leave as crypto.

The cashier includes a card on-ramp, so you can fund an account with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or a regional rail without owning any crypto beforehand. That works smoothly and takes a couple of minutes. What it does not do is create a route back — every withdrawal is an on-chain transfer to an address you supply, and there is no option to return funds to the card you deposited with.

The practical consequence catches a specific kind of player: someone who bought their first crypto inside the cashier, holds no wallet of their own, and discovers all of this at the moment they want to cash out. Learning self-custody under time pressure with a balance waiting is a poor way to learn it. Set up a wallet before you need one — it takes ten minutes on a calm afternoon.

Withdrawals

This is where Duel is genuinely strong, and the reason is structural rather than a matter of goodwill.

Withdrawal approval is automatic in ordinary circumstances rather than queued for a human to review. That single design decision separates casinos that pay from casinos that stall, because a manual review queue is where a delay can be created without anyone having to refuse anything. Once approved, the remaining variable is entirely the blockchain.

Across our own withdrawals, none was queued for manual review and none required a document. The spread in total time came almost entirely from which chain we chose. Every asset landed within one to five minutes, Bitcoin included. What differed between them was only the network fee.

The lesson is simple: at most operators the asset decides your wait, and here it does not. Detailed per-coin timings are on the withdrawals page.

Choosing an asset

Four considerations, in the order they usually matter.

Speed and cost. Solana, XRP and USDT on Tron settle fast for negligible fees. Bitcoin and anything on Ethereum can cost meaningfully more and take considerably longer. For a balance you are moving regularly, the difference compounds.

Price exposure. Holding a balance in Bitcoin means the balance moves with Bitcoin. That is a position whether or not you intended to take one, and it is unrelated to how the games went. USDT removes it — a stablecoin balance is worth roughly what it was worth yesterday.

Network matching. USDT exists on multiple chains and they are not interchangeable. Sending TRC-20 tokens to an ERC-20 address is the single most common way people lose funds in this entire category, and recovery ranges from difficult to impossible. Check the network selector, then check it again.

Where the money is going. If it is heading to an exchange, use an asset that exchange lists with a deposit address you have verified. If it is going to cold storage, favour a chain your wallet supports natively rather than through a bridge.

The fiat on-ramp

Buying crypto inside the cashier is convenient and it is not free. The conversion carries a spread — a rate slightly worse than the market — which is how the on-ramp provider earns. It is not hidden, but it is not itemised either, and it is meaningfully more than an exchange would charge.

For a first deposit that is a reasonable price for skipping account creation, verification and a transfer on an exchange you may never use again. As a habit it is expensive: paying the spread on every deposit over a year costs considerably more than the one afternoon it takes to set up an exchange account and a wallet.

Regional coverage is broader than most operators manage. Pix works in Brazil, Blik appears for Poland, and the card rails cover most of the rest. Detail and a worked comparison of the spread against exchange rates is on the buy crypto page.

One warning attached to the card rail specifically. If you buy crypto with a card and later dispute the charge, the account is suspended and verification is requested — this is the one place where a payment processor's rules override the casino's relaxed identity policy. It is also, unlike almost everything else on the no-KYC page, entirely within your control.

Keeping deposits safe

The deposit address shown in the cashier is generated for your account and it is worth treating with the same care as a password. Three habits cover most of the risk.

Copy, never type. A crypto address mistyped by one character sends funds somewhere unrecoverable. Every wallet supports paste; use it, and check the first and last four characters after pasting.

Send a test amount first. On any new address, on any new chain, move a small amount before a large one. The network fee on Solana or Tron makes this cost effectively nothing, and it converts a catastrophic mistake into a trivial one.

Watch for clipboard malware. A known class of malware replaces a copied crypto address with the attacker\'s. This is the specific reason to verify the pasted address rather than trusting the copy. It is rare and it is devastating.

None of these are specific to Duel. They apply to every crypto transaction you will ever make, and the casino has no ability to reverse a transfer that went to the wrong place.

Minimums and what they are for

Each asset carries a deposit minimum, and the figures differ substantially between chains for a reason that is easy to miss: the minimum exists to cover the network cost of moving the funds internally. A chain with negligible fees can afford a low floor. Bitcoin cannot, because a deposit smaller than the fee to sweep it costs the operator money to accept.

The practical consequence is that small deposits favour Solana, Tron and Litecoin, and Bitcoin is a poor choice for anything modest. This is one of several reasons the fastest chains are also usually the right ones.

Withdrawal minimums follow the same logic. The number displayed in the cashier is authoritative and can change as network conditions change — a Bitcoin minimum during a congested week may be higher than the same figure a fortnight later.

Stablecoins versus holding the volatility

A question that has nothing to do with the casino and a great deal to do with what your balance is worth next month.

Depositing in Bitcoin and leaving a balance there means holding a Bitcoin position. If the price moves twenty per cent while your balance sits idle, your balance moves twenty per cent — in either direction, entirely independently of how the games went. Players regularly attribute that swing to the casino when it is simply the asset doing what the asset does.

USDT removes the question. A stablecoin balance is worth roughly what it was worth yesterday, so what remains is only the effect of your play. For most people that is the clearer way to keep score, and it makes the rakeback figures on the rakeback page mean what they appear to mean.

There is a real argument the other way. Some players deliberately hold volatile assets on the basis that a winning session compounds twice if the price also rises. That is a coherent position and it is also a second bet layered on the first, which is worth being deliberate about rather than defaulting into.

Deposits that have not arrived

Three causes cover nearly all of it.

Confirmations still pending. Each chain requires a different number and the cashier shows which. Bitcoin during a busy period can take considerably longer than the estimate suggests, and there is nothing to do but wait.

Wrong network. The USDT case above. Stop, do not send more, and contact support with the transaction hash before doing anything else.

Below the minimum. Each asset has a floor and it varies because network fees vary. A deposit under it may not credit automatically. The figure in the cashier is the one that counts.

A fourth cause worth mentioning because it is invisible: some exchanges batch withdrawals rather than sending immediately, so the delay is at the sending end rather than at Duel or on the chain. If a block explorer shows no transaction at all, the funds have not left the exchange yet and the casino has nothing to look for.

In all three cases the transaction hash is the thing support needs. Copy it before you open the chat and the conversation gets substantially shorter.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the fastest way to withdraw from Duel7?
Solana or XRP, both typically settling in under a minute for cents in fees. Litecoin is close behind and USDT on Tron is the best option if you want to hold a stable value.
Can I withdraw to a bank account?
No. Every withdrawal is a crypto transfer regardless of how the account was funded. Fiat can enter through the on-ramp but cannot leave that way.
Does Duel7 charge withdrawal fees?
The network fee applies and varies enormously by chain — cents on Solana or Tron, potentially several dollars on Bitcoin during congestion. Choosing the right asset saves more than anything else available.
How do I deposit if I do not own crypto?
The cashier includes a fiat on-ramp accepting Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and regional rails such as Pix and Blik. The conversion carries a spread.
Why has my deposit not credited?
Almost always the required confirmations have not landed yet, and the count differs by chain. If you sent on the wrong network — USDT on Ethereum to a Tron address, for instance — contact support before sending anything further.
